  • We are always happy to recommend Hance Construction based on the many successful projects we have completed together. The Lantek project was especially impressive because of the ridiculously tight timeframe. As you remember we had from July 4th til September 1st to do a complete gut and renovation project in our 18,000 square foot building. We also added other work like replacing the entire front window system and upgraded HVAC that wasn’t part of the original spec, all with a very demanding tenant. Your crew completed the work early so that they could occupy the space and be up and running on September 1st. I would have been in a very bad position if there had been a delay, and your people made sure that didn’t happen. Tell your client to contact me by email or phone if they have any questions. I never want to be on such a tight schedule again, but you have raised the bar of what I thought was possible.
