This project was designed to house Member Services, Staff Accommodations, First Aid, Locker Rooms and a Full Service Food Concession Facility at a family water park.
The owner was looking for an economical solution to a project originally bid at twice the cost. Systems construction provided significant savings along with allowing completion during a tight seasonal shut-down. Butler's Lester 28 gauge metal roofing and walls were used. Demolition of existing buildings started the day after the park shut down and concrete needed to be finished allowing the building to continue through the winter.
