Hance Construction was asked to consult with Mile Square Roofing on their ideal situation and site plans for expanding their commercial space. Stanley Wyka, the project owner behind the Mile Square Roofing build, found an existing 17,000 square foot Butler building in their desired area. The Hance team presented an idea for the building which had stood empty for 20 years.

Hance was hired to renovate the vacant building into a mixed-use office and ware house facility, and also construct a 10,000 square-foot addition. Not only did Hance execute the construction work needed, but also consulted on cost-saving opportunities and partnerships.
