MBCEA 2016 Building of the Year

Hance Construction earned the 2016 MBCEA Building of the Year award for their work on Techflex, Inc. The 50,000 square foot industrial space was characterized by a very high level of interior fit out and aesthetic features both inside and out, as well as extensive changes and value engineered alternates. The Techflex project also earned the 2016 Award of Excellence from the MBCEA.
