We respect our client's requirements of confidentiality and therefore the following project overview is general in nature.
Hance Construction’s next project is a 72,000-square-foot grow and processing facility. As part of this scope, we will remove parts of the floor and the roof, enabling a changing of the floor elevation and a reinforcement of the structure. Once that is complete, we’ll add air handlers on the roof and two massive emergency generators to prevent disruption or product concerns in the event of a power outage. Because cannabis needs a precise roof height to enable growth, we worked with the project owner to identify that optimal height and will build to suit.
Project Challenges
- Altering the floor elevation by removing portions of the floor.
- Reinforcing the building with new columns and a fortified roof.
